We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Paychunk account and all associated data using one of the methods below.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including budgets, transactions, receipt images, and settings will be permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile and email
- All budget categories and allocations
- All paycheck records
- All transaction history
- All uploaded receipt images
- All app settings and preferences
- Subscription information (note: you must cancel your subscription separately through Apple/Google)
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open the Paychunk app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Your data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
[email protected]
Include the email address associated with your Paychunk account. We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation when complete.
Option 3: Submit Request Below
Note: Submitting this form will open your email client to send a deletion request. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

We've received your deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email within 7 business days.
Important Notes
- Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Processing Time: App-based deletion is immediate. Email/form requests are processed within 7 business days.
- Backup: Consider exporting your data before deletion if you want to keep a copy (Premium feature).
